not gift-boxed as requested and charged $$ for
ornament was color, size and material I expected and pretty however Bloomingdale’s yet again dropped the ball by not gift boxing and adding ribbon or enclosing gift receipt. this is 3rd time this calendar this same error has occurred and yes you do refund it but it’s time consuming to type all that in to only not have it done then have to call and be on hold and request a refund. if you can’t do then maybe stop offering it? just be up front and stop with the tying up my valuable time already.
