  • Horrible craftmanship, as you can see whatever they did to get the textured part was not done properly. The textured area bleeds into the polished area.

Beautiful

Although it’s overpriced for the grams of gold it is a gorgeous piece. I bought it for my daughters birthday and had it laser engraved on the back. Would I pay this price again? No way.

Horrible Quality, Don't Buy!

I bought this heart locket pendant as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. You would think because it is a bloomingdale piece, made in Italy, and has such good reviews that there was no way anything could go completely wrong, right? Wrong. Starting off with the packaging: I requested a gift wrap and received a horribly cheap looking and feeling box. I have bought clothing items less than a tenth of the price with much higher quality FREE gift boxes. The piece itself is of horrendous quality. As you can see in the attached photos, there are errors everywhere from the polishing borders being wonky, to the little pieces of plastic in the inside being cut un-uniformly, to the textured surface not looking even close to the advertised photo (the photo makes it looked like it is a brushed texture when in fact it is more grainy and cheep looking and feeling). And that is only what you can see. The piece feels extremely cheap and poorly made. If it isn't clear now, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS. STAY AWAY! I will most certainly be returning it.

Didn't Love the Satin Finish :-(

The photo only shows one side of the locket - shiny gold. The other side has a strange brushed satin finish that I don't love - should have been previewed in the photo. Returning it.
