It's bad when the new pillow you order, supposedly the same as the one you've worn out, is actually flatter and less supportive than the old ones you need to replace, supposedly same brand and fill. I miss the fluffy firms that came with their own pillow protector. This is miserably HARD, rather than firm, and is an obvious cheapening on materials at the expense of customer satisfaction. Returned as soon as I could figure out how to jam them back in the box. Reduced to coughing up a car payment on actual goose down in future to get something usable. Sigh... Store brands will be avoided in future.

Love these down pillows. The are so comfortable and offer great support. Just bought some for my son and daughter-in-law…..and an extra one for myself.

I stayed in a home that had Bloomingdale's pillows, these pillows were soft and plush, nothing like what I received. The outer shell of the pillow I received was so thick, I couldn't tell if the feathers inside were soft or not. The thickness of the pillow covering seems excessive. I was very disappointed with the quality of this pillow and will be returning it...

I am very happy with this purchase. I am very picky about my personal pillow and this is the one that works best for me. I like the combination of feathers and down. They are a bit pricier than most, but well worth it. After all, it’s used 365 days a year for many, many years. So get the best you can afford.
