I liked it

As I said before I love her photography and page layouts. This book seems to be geared more towards older woman and goes into facial treatments that I am not ready for. I love the before and after pictures. I also like reading about her nutritional advice which she breaks down nicely she touches on all aspects of beauty including go to fashion tips.

A Useful guide for your 30s and beyond

Turning 35 this year revitalized my interest in skin care and makeup where I have been rather lazy in the past. I love Bobbi Brown's natural look and this book is full of tips and tricks on how to achieve it. There are helpful chapters on special concerns for women as we age and I appreciate a seperate book for our age group. It is tagged for over 40, but I like to plan ahead!

This is one of my favorite books. It has everything from makeup, to skincare, to clothing and accessory items one should have, to exercising and nutrition. It has a chapter on pregnancy. It talks about menopause. It is a book that inspires you to be yourself .

It will change your 40+ beauty outlook forever!

I just LOVE this book! I have had it for quite a while now, and it seems to remain on my table constantly so I can refer to it again and again. This book is chock full of hints, helps and realistic, savvy advice for the over 40 woman. It has great makeup advice, as you'd expect, but also advice on nutrition and just taking the best care of yourself possible. It will help you to not only look more youthful (if that is what you're after) but it will help change your thinking about what over 40 beauty is and isn't. This book is a true classic, it's inspiring, and a must have in your collection!
