Add this speaker for a couple of years. Issues are the button identification is difficult if you have poor eye sight. Also when you run your fingers over the buttons you cannot differentiate between them. We have recently stuck a red dot on the volume up button. This is also helpful is the lights are off and what to use the volume buttons instead of asking Alexa to turn the volume down.

Bose for the Win!
I've had my Bose Smart Speaker for a few years. It's sound quality is immaculate! The integration of popular smart assistants allows me to control my home and listen to music from one convenient device. And, it's portable!

Great sound lots of issues
Great sound but lots of issues with the battery. I learned how to reboot it. But I need to do it all the time. If you have issues make sure to read product manual. You would think it is not necessary. But this is a small computer and it has lots of codes and blinking lights that mean different things. I read some reviews that said the speaker stopped working. They clearly did not read the manual.

Disappointing Bose product
Always having problems with the group/ Alexa feature, very expensive product for something that causes nothing but issues
