The bag does not come with two straps I talked to a Bloomingdale representative I don’t know about the two straps, she wanted me to buy the bag over again, I told her if I buy it again I’m still not sure that it will have to straps , never again,

this bad looks great FROM AFAR. The quality and craftmanship of the bag falls short. I really wanted to like this bag; the style and versatility was what lured me. The bag received was a bit smooshed (from the front flap you can see where the zippers are inside, the shape of the buttons etc.) The rubber seams are a mess as well; not fully sealed and extras everywhere (even on the metal hooks). All in all - this bag was a mess. I am returning ASAP.

Quality bag

I bought this as a gift for a friend and she loves it. It's a structured bag with a lot of compartments to stay organized. Very comfortable with the wide sporty strap (on trend) and you can make it look dressier with the thin strap or carry it without a strap. You definitely get your money's worth with different looks.
