Wrong size

It seems that they did not correct the size. I also purchased the size 45 and received size 37 in the box stating size 45.

Never Recieved

I was really excited to order these sandals online. When I placed the order, I understood that the package would require a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, the carrier did not follow those instructions and left the package anyway. Long story short, my package is now missing, and Bloomingdale's doesn't want to resolve the issue.
