Disappointed
This is a $2500 bag. Why did it arrive just thrown in a plastic bag without a dust bag? Returned.
No dust bag or proper wrapping!
Ordered the bag online, and I was so disappointed when I opened the box, the bag wasn’t in it’s dust bag and it wasn’t even wrapped in a tissue paper, they just threw it in the box with some thick filler papers! Now I usually don’t mind, but this was a designer bag! The bag didn’t come with its cards or a tag either!
A bag not to be missed!

Perfect size, just enough room For phone small wallet keys etc. Love the bright white color. Will definitely get another color to add to my bag collection.
Presentation needs improvement.
This was an instant return. It's unfathomable to me to purchase a high-ticket item and receive it shrink-wrapped in plastic. While in excellent condition, the purse did not include a dust bag or brand box. The presentation of the bag was so disappointing that I immediately returned it. I hope Bloomingdale's e-commerce takes better care of how they ship items.
