Love the bag
I was honestly worried after reading all the negative reviews, but my experience turned out completely different. My bag arrived beautifully packaged, not tossed in a plastic bag at all. It came inside a Bloomingdale’s gift box, and the Bottega Veneta dust bag was the latest style. The bag was perfectly stuffed with papers to hold its shape, and it came with the care booklet. Super satisfied with my purchase!

Fake Bottega Veneta bag sold in store
I purchased what I believed was an authentic Bottega Veneta bag in person at this store. After having it professionally authenticated, I discovered it is fake. I immediately contacted the company and requested a replacement, but no one has responded to my messages or emails. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a reputable retailer. Selling counterfeit products is illegal, and customers deserve transparency and accountability. I trusted this store, but this experience has completely damaged that trust. I hope they take responsibility and resolve this issue properly.
Likely fake bag
Returned this bag when purchased earlier this year. Arrived crumpled in a too small brown box. No dustbag no box nothing. Was visibly deformed because of how it had been packed.
Color was off
The color was completely off. Looked lime green in person
No Authentication Certificate in a 5k bag
The bag was beautiful but looked a bit fake. It did not come with an authentication certificate and it was packaged shabbily. There was packaging dust all over the bag and the storage bag. I may just buy directly from Bottega Veneta.
Received a damaged bag
The bag arrived with visible dirt and scratches, and the gold guarantee card was missing. I had to return it. It’s very disappointing to receive a $4,500 bag that clearly hadn’t been properly inspected before shipping.
