BUYER BEWARE
I was really thrilled when I found this bag in the Barolo colorway at Bloomingdale’s because it’s completely sold out everywhere. I should have known it was too good to be true. The bag arrived and was thrown in my apartment building’s mailroom, no signature required I guess which is unheard of for something so high value. The bag arrived in a flimsy plastic mailer and upon opening, I found that the bag was stuffed inside a plastic bag that had been taped shut. No dustbag. No tags. Nothing. This in itself was disappointing, because we all know part of the excitement of receiving something like this in the mail, is the experience opening it. Not to mention, if I’m purchasing a luxury handbag I expect a dust bag at the very least. When I removed the bag from the plastic to examine it, I saw excessive surface wear, scuffs, and marks in a handful of places. I was appalled. I still am. I’m only able to upload three photos with this review but know I have other photos of additional blemishes I found on the leather. I of course called Bloomingdale’s promptly to initiate a return and let them know that the bag was damaged and that the bag arrived in a plastic mailer, etc. The individual I spoke with was empathetic and kind, they also issued me a 25% coupon to use in the future but I’m afraid it was too late. Bloomingdale’s has lost a customer in me for good.
Stylish for everyday
This is a great hand bag. It is great for a casual bag, it has the appearance of denim but is leather. Awesome addition to you hand bag collection.

I ordered this bag for pick-up in-store since it was not available at either nyc location. Customer service opened it up and I was surprised the shipping box was damaged and the bag inside was just in a dust bag. I thought it would have been packaged a little more carefully considering the expense. With that said, the bag itself is beautiful. It was not damaged in transit. The printed denim pattern on the bag makes the leather even softer. I am very excited to style this bag for fall. The size of the bag is perfect worn in the crutch of your arm. I am 5’11” and it also fits fine on the shoulder when on the emptier side.

Do Better Bloomingdales
I ordered this $3500 bag and was so excited for it to arrive. Unfortunately when it finally arrived it was thrown into a beat up box with no Bottega box, dust bag or any other packaging. It wasn't even packed with tissue paper. After receiving such an expensive item in such a mess there's no way I'm keeping it. I can't believe how carelessly Bloomingdales packed such an expensive item.

Color is not like what’s pictured
Love this bag! However, I wanted the color that is more brown like what is pictured. The actual bag that arrived has more of a green/gray tone to it and isn’t as brown. Unfortunately returned due to coloration. As long as you aren’t picky about the shade, it’s a beautiful bag
