Obsessed with this machine!

So glad I got this product! It makes an amazing espresso and is so easy to use! It has changed my morning routine in such a great way, and it doesn't take up too much counter space!

Bloomingdale’s Sent Me a Used Machine

Title…there were literally coffee grounds still in the $1,000 machine, packaging was absent, and box was ripped. Can’t even imagine how low the QC process is to allow a $1,000 machine to be sent to someone used. Never will buy from here again.

Broke in 5 months

Grind activation switch stopped working. Not happy with resolution by Breville. Expected better for the cost. Review keeps being moderated. Lost a customer.

Coffee machine Breville

I ordered expensive coffee machine $999. On December 1. Got email yesterday that it was delivered. Delivered where? Nothing came. No photos that is was dropped. Customer service dropped my calls twice on the third time offering refund. I wanted that machine. Chat with supervisor, have his name after asking 25 times. Same answer we don't have machine and don't know what happened to yours. Zero responsibility on every level. I used all my point I saved for year. It was a meaningful gift for my daughter. Now I promised after December 27. Involved CEO of Bloomingdales. I AM BEING WITH BLOOMINGDALES 25 YEARS, never missed payments
