Frame Broke on first trip

Bought 6 pieces 30", 27" and 21" carry on in Sahara color, because it was on sale. While didn't expect the color to hold up, I did expect the luggage to last. It did not. All pieces that were checked in either had broken frame or fraying around the wheels. Bloomingdales customer service is fantastic and made the return easy. I should have listed to reviews but bought based on friend's carry on which I love. So I'm keeping carry on because it's light and wheels are great, but will have to ensure it's handled with kid gloves. Bought Samsonite Omni based on reviews for far less cost.

Durable and excellent capacity.

This suitcase was recommended by a seasonal traveler. Lovely color, great capacity, it has great depth, there was no need to use the expandable. I highly recommend this product for it durability and capacity.

Replacement for 10 Year Proven Winner

This is my second purchase of this case. My old one lasted 10 years of mostly International travel. The bag is lightweight (about 8 lbs) which helps with the 20 kilo Euro & Asian weight limits. The bag is also durable, semi waterproof & gives so you can stuff somewhat. The zip has lasted although the fabric has tears in the corners. Based on past performance I purchased this replacement. Be aware that if you overpack, it will max over the weight limit & become unbalanced - easily tip over! I also have some at Tumi polyc suitcases. They are great but heavier.
