Poor quality

After 12 years, the gold tone was wearing off the band on the Timex I loved. Unable to find another one of similar style I ended up buying this Bulova. I ignored reviews about poor quality on Bulova watches and this anyway. Big mistake! Six WEEKS after purchasing it, the gold tone is already worn off the band down to the metal.
