Wrong Burberry Cape Received

As stated in the previous review, I also received a different cape. This is not a review for the item but for the distribution warehouse. I’m not sure how it’s possible to send customers a completely different item than purchased. Bloomingdales management should reach out to promptly rectify. I am returning the cape that was erroneously sent.

cheated!!

it’s really funny.I got the item totally wrong but has the tags with the picture’s item.Bloomingdale’s refused to refund me and sent back the wrong item without any packaging again. I was cheated!!
