I bought this high end scarf from Bloomingdale's since I have the credit card. When I went to pick up the item it was wrapped in 2 sheets of tissue paper and placed in a brown paper bag. IMO the presentation was very very poor! Bloomingdales should be able to put a little bit of effort in delicately packaging this expensive item. Not sure if Burberry has an input since this is their item but regardless the scarf should have been packaged nicely in a box (a Burberry box), wrapped nicely and a nice bag. For this, I should've just bought the item directly from Burberry (same price for both) where they would've done a free personalization and packed it nicely. Bloomingdales passed the bucket on this one. I am going to return the item and just get it from Burberry. I will never purchase a high end item from them again.

Received the wrong scarf!
Bloomingdale's needs to do a better job of quality control when sending out online products because I received a scarf that wasn't even made by Burberry. Instead, I received some cheap knock-off Bloomingdale's scarf instead. Very disappointing! Now I will need to take time out of my busy day dealing with customer service to resolve this issue. Shame on Bloomingdale's!

So soft!
This is the softest scarf I’ve ever worn. Even my husband tried it on and loved it which is precisely why I got the bigger one instead of the original. Pricey but totally worth it.

Almost perfect.
It's soft and beautiful. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is that the red strip is so close to the center of the length of the scarf, it doesn't show when you wrap it around your neck. I've tried various ways to wrap it, but it doesn't show. The pop of red was one of the reasons it's special and one of the reasons I bought it.
