Best product

I am thoroughly enjoying my new Burberry down cost. Also, I would like to commend the lady who sold it to me for persuading me to purchase it. I had come to Bloomingdales and Sharla Tandler asked if she could help me. She suggested I try on this coat, and it fit beautifully! The cut and style are very attractive. Throughout the sale, Sharla was friendly and polite, suggesting but never pressuring me. It was like shopping with a friend!

Nice but not the finest hardware

I love the look and fit of this coat. Just perfect styling - no fur, great length (mid-thigh, which I prefer to a longer coat), great looking metal accents. Two problems with this item though. The hardware accents (buckles and snaps) and not high quality. They are on the cheaper side - lightweight and tinny. Also, the wrist buckles belts on the cuffs are not sewn to the coat. This is a problem because the lower quality buckles don't securely stay buckled. My wrist buckle came unbuckled and the tie dropped right off the coat. Luckily, I notice it on the ground. The wrist buckles are probably designed so that they can be removed if someone prefers not to wear them, but I think they should either be sewn on or reattachable with a snap. This is a pricey coat that should not be prone to the disappointment of losing a wrist buckle.

I LOVE THIS COAT

By far my favorite coat I have ever purchased. Timeless, classy, warm and so comfortable. Runs slightly small but at 5'10" 36 B the medium fits perfecttly. I've already received numerous compliments and I actually look forward to putting it on each morning. Long live the winter!

AWESOME

I have had several Burberry coats and they are still in mu closet because they are ageless. I added this one over Christmas and it is awesome. I am 5' 6" and 130 pounds and a 34C and found the small size fit perfectly. I love the gold hardware and am happy with my purchase.

Too small at the bust

I really love this jacket and wish it fit me properly. The medium is too tight around my bust area (38c) and the large is way too big. Wish there was a medium 1/2 lol
