Wallet no longer functional

I purchased this item for my husband one year ago. The clip no longer works and doesn’t hold cash. For the cost, this wallet should have absolutely have held up better. I tried calling Bloomingdale’s about this and they refused to help since it has been a year since it was purchased. Basically a waste of money and very shocking for a “luxury brand”. He had a cheap coach wallet before this one that held up for 10 years. I would definitely not purchase another Burberry wallet and definitely not from Bloomingdales.
