Terrible performance

Bought two of these thinking one was defective. Turns out item stops working shortly after you buy it. Want to support but buy something else that will work beyond a week. I too replaced the batteries and it still doesn’t work.

Bad Quality. Motor died after 3 months

Purchased item and was using it daily. It stopped working after 3 months of daily usage. I changed the battery and the product will not start. I purchased assuming it was an exfoliating brush. It is not, it vibrates. You are doing all the work. Waste of money.
