Fantastic pan
This is a well made pan,looks like it will hold up too.I have cooked bacon sausage,steaks and everything was great and really looked good too.You can't go wrong with this pan.

Great grill pan when a BBQ isn't available
Next to cooking on our BBQ, this is near perfect. We use it to finish meats after sous vide and it sears the meat incredibly well. The only concern is that searing meats can be difficult to clean.
