Hooded Raincoat

Loved everything about the coat unfortunately the size runs small I was able to give to friend as early birthday present and she loves it!!!

Not quite what I expected

The coat itself is very cute. I would not describe it however as "super lightweight". It's great for rainy winter days, but living in Atlanta, I was hoping for something a bit lighter (as described). It's also a little snug under the arms. I typically wear a Medium and got a Large to accommodate for a sweater underneath. Today, even without bulky clothing, it feels a bit tight. Based on the fit and the weight of the jacket, I'm up in the air about recommending. I plan to keep it because it IS cute ... but it is not exactly what I thought I'd get.
