DO NOT TRUST BLOOMINGDALE

BEWARE, the other reviews were Incentivized by bloomingdale. They just resend returned and worn items. They asked me to return and repurchase, which I did. However the second item I got was also worn and stained! There’s no quality assurance. The packaging is absolute crap for a luxury dept?! It took me more than half a year to get my refund for the first item. And I’m still working with their customer service to get my second refund. They have lost me, my friends and family as customer. I’ve purchased from many luxury sites, and they’re all incredible. I can’t believe they’re still in business in this day and age.

A great everyday jacket

Love everything about this jacket. It’s true to size, is a beautiful navy blue color, and keeps me warm in the coldest conditions. Also like how it packs away for easy travel and storage. No complaints at the moment!
