Canada Goose Kinley Parka - mixed views on quality

Super disappointed! For the cost and lifetime warranty on workmanship, the hood cord snapped as I tried it on! The zip is really tricky to alight before it does up ( almost like cheap plastic) - saving grace - the warmth is amazing but I returned the coat as I just can’t justify the cost with those two issues ( I will add that Canada Goose were v helpful offering a replacement ( except they are all gone) or a warranty repair and are sending me a gift as a gesture of goodwill. I will try another coat - on sale !

Heavy coat & stiff fabric

I returned this coat because it was very heavy and the fabric was stiff and uncomfortable. The coat is well made and seemed like it would be very warm, but for that price I want comfort also.

So just bought this coat and do love it but be mindful of the weather . It is for cold weather so it is perfect for 30 degrees and below NY weather . Also I am 5 3 118 and feel the medium has room for me to layer , but the coat is Very heavy , like 4 pounds so yeah ...I am planning on a lighter buying a lighter coat if I can find one . So many pockets which is great for when I walk my dog which is a plus .
