Slacking

I ordered a Canada Goose rain jacket in small and I received a ZARA Man rain jacket in XXL. I thought that Bloomingdale’s is on top of their orders online. I ended up getting a refund because the size that I wanted is not available anymore This is not the service that I expect with Bloomingdale’s. I very disappointed.
