The ladies in the Men's Suite department made my experience easy, fast and pain-free
Horrible experience
Suit was packed in a tinny box, full or wrinkles. Security tag was left on, and had a stain at the bottom. Customer service and managers were rude, made me wait 60 min on the phone and refuse to own up to the mistake, only making experience worst. Suit wasn’t the best quality either for the price

Sent the wrong suit
I ordered a light blue sharkskin suit. You sent me a dark blue plaid one. Now I have to repack it, ship it back, get a refund and start over.
