Damaged
After waiting 4 months with 6 changes to the delivery date, the chaise was delivered damaged. The delivery people left the damaged chaise. It is very difficult to get access to speak with a supervisor. After insisting with the agent I was transferred to a supervisor who promised to get the item replaced and she will call me back with a delivery date. Three days later and I’m still waiting to hear back about what to expect. My order history is showing that the chaise was delivered and it is not reflecting that the damaged product is scheduled for replacement. The furniture department has a very poor delivery process and it gets blamed on the vendor. The product itself is beautiful with the exception of the damage. The Caracole brand furniture is well made. The Bloomingdale’s agent states that once item delivered to warehouse it takes 10-14 days for inspection. Don’t get it that they clearly did not inspect the piece of damaged furniture or deliberately delivered it damaged.

Unhappy Review What a mess !!
I have been having terrible experiences trying to order since day one of my move. From not noticing an order keeping the money a while, ($$$$$) saying there was no money to sending a germ ridden sofa that made me terribly sick at being around it having to cover it up with plastic and then having to pay for returning it, and just simply messing up everything and almost any order I tried to make. Customer service comes across as unwilling pesterers and or dont speak English well and speed up to end a rattling sound of verbals asking for a card. Those are so bad, you dont even know what they say, and sound like a scammer on YouTube (exposed phone call centers). Ive after one and a half a month of calling chatting and emailing day and night finally decided to just buy the bare minimal and some nice decorative items to spice it up. I was supposed to rehabilitate (could not walk a while ago) and could not even think of it. WHAT A MESS !! (The Caracole was the first thing I tried to buy, I went down from the best at Bloomingdales, to somethings at Raymour who tried to steal and then ended with giving up at Ashley who did not have a receipt for my online purchase because someone chatted me and pulled me in a shop) Now with just a few things I am happy because I have a beautiful apartment with a lovely view AND "1" "thank God" lovely chair, and little pretty things to enjoy around the apartment. Thanks for the Caracole at Bloomingdales, what a buy !!
