Size guide is way off for these

Plastic feel, the material does not feel great. Also these are not true to size, almost 2 sizes smaller than indicated. I have a 28” waist and can wear a 30 for a relaxed fit and 32 for loose/baggy. These mediums were skin tight across the crotch and thighs.
