Not the same

I purchased this pillow back in 2023 and it was amazing. Best pillow I’ve ever used. Purchased a pack of 2 recently in 2025 and it does not feel the same at all. So upsetting and can’t get a refund. Why would you ruin what was once such a great product, Casper?!
