Great but too long for 5.2' tall

This dress is adorable with the flounce on the bottom. I chose the color navy and it looks great in that color, rich looking. The only problem is that it is too long. I'm best in petite styles and this one has the flounce starting too low on the dress, challenging it looking youthful.
