Not for me, strange fit

I wanted to love this so bad, i’m disappointed. CeCe sizing is very inconsistent. This top was loose and straps too long but the stomach area was too tight. The material tweed looked like it was piling already. It didn’t look like I thought it would. The zipper in the back was nice at it could look more tailored if it does fit you. CeCe sizing i consistent- I got a medium in another CeCe top and it’s a little loose but this top is a little tight.
