Nightmare of an experience — buyer beware.
Beautiful glasses but I can’t seem to get a pair that fits right and isn’t damaged. The first pair I purchased in-store at Bloomingdales Short Hills, which at the time was the store nearest me that had the glasses in stock. Unfortunately they were lopsided (they leaned quite glaringly and comically to the left) and didn’t sit right on my face. I took them back the following day, but the Bloomingdale’s associate could not adjust them using the machine they have for adjustments. They also did not have a viable pair in stock (only the display model which was stretched out), so she ordered me a second pair. Unfortunately she did so by returning the funds to an EZ Exchange card instead of the credit card used to purchase the first pair of glasses. When I received the second pair via mail I discovered the frames were scratched. They also arrived extremely dirty. Disappointed and convinced that it wasn’t meant to be, I returned them to the Bloomingdale’s nearest me (not the store where I’d originally purchased them) and attempted to simply get a refund; but I was told my only option was to have the funds returned to an EZ Exchange card given that the second pair was ordered using an EZ Exchange card (thanks to the brilliant sales associate at the Short Hills, NJ location). So the associate who returned the glasses suggested I try and order one more pair to see if they worked out. Reluctantly I ordered yet another pair. And separately, given that there was an ongoing gift card promotion, I ordered yet another pair directly on Bloomingdales.com. I figured one of the last two would work out and I would simply return the other. Ha! So I’ve now received four pairs in total. Both of the last two I received sit lopsided on my face. They lean in the same direction as the first pair — to the left. Plus, one of the pairs arrived in extremely dirty condition and was scratched. Not only disappointing but completely ridiculous at this price point. Yesterday I spent nearly 35 minutes on the phone with customer service reps in India trying to sort out the EZ Exchange card mess, (which still isn’t entirely sorted). I now have to return the glasses, obtain an EZ Exchange card with the refunded funds, and contact customer service yet again so they can process a refund which will take over a week to reach my bank. I want to call this a comedy of errors, but I’m pretty sure it all started with glasses that were poorly made. I’ve now purchased four pairs of these shades. Only one pair — 25% of those purchased— wasn’t lopsided on my face. Unfortunately that pair arrived damaged (shame on Bloomingdale’s for the lack of care). That said, I can’t understand how 75% of the pairs I’ve ordered were so poorly made. These glasses are nearly $500. The audacity. I have several pair of ~$60/$75 glasses that far exceed the fit of these glasses. So, in my opinion, these glasses are grossly lacking. Exceedingly poor quality control at the manufacturer level. And Bloomingdale’s has been nothing shy of negligent in its handling of these glasses. It makes no sense that 50% of the pairs I’ve received were dirty and scratched. And only one had some semblance of the full, original manufacturer’s packaging. I’ve yet to received a pair with all the plastic and wrapping that should accompany a brand new pair of high-end designer sunglasses. I will avoid Bloomingdales moving forward, but I will also avoid this designer. Buyer beware.

I have never been so impressed with a pair of sunglasses so I had to leave a review. I purchased these a year ago and I am so impressed with quality of these frames. I don’t baby my sunglasses and live on the beach in the summer and the lenses are barely scratched. The fit is still spot on with no stretching and need for adjustment. Also, not sure if these are polarized lenses but the tint is perfect. Not too dark and not too light. Just beautiful and timeless frames.

Pink square sunglasses and not heavy
This is the most classic pink sunglasses !! Just loved it ! I have round face so it fits great not to big or too small. The frame doesn’t hurt my ears . Ps the color is just beautiful and I can wear it during the all year not just summer .
