Purchased this couch in December. After numerous mistakes on Bloomingdales' part in scheduling the delivery and hours of me being on hold being moved from one department to another, I finally cancelled this couch. Terrible, Bloomingdale's, you used to be good at customer service. Never buying again.

Great Couch! Great Color!
The quality of the leather is fabulous. The color of the grey is perfect, rich charcoal but definitely grey, not too light or too dark. The stitching matches the leather. The smell and quality of the leather is very good. Couch is comfortable. On sale, it's a superb deal! It's a little narrow if two people are going to lay side by side, just not super deep, but then it also gets into most doorways and is LONG both big pluses. Can lay two with one on each side and legs overlapping, easily. Great with accent pillows. Beautiful piece and comfortable.

what a disappointment
The only reason I bought the couch is because was on display at the showroom at the bloomingdales store near me. It was the most soft and comfortable couch i had seat on for some time and decided this is the one. Waited for it for 4 months, finally arrived. I went to sit on it and I was so disappointed. It is so hard to sit on, it actually propels you upwards. It is beautiful to look at but so uncomfortable. Do not recommend it.

Had seen and tried the couch inside bloomingdales store, was so nice and leather was perfect shade! Was not too long of a wait to have it delivered. Its a stunning piece. Recommend 101%
