Packaging

I order this bag and get delivered today. I was so disappointed with packaging. It was thrown in big brown bag like it was a $5 bag. No box? I was in shock. Very cheap job done Bloomingdales!! I will definitely return it.

Not Worth the Money

The size/color I wanted wasn't available in store, so I had my sales associate order it for home delivery. I was please by how quickly it came, but I was disappointed in the quality. The bag had no structure to it and the letters of the logo are heat pressed on, rather than stitched. DEFINITELY not worth almost $1600. Shorty after deciding to return it to Bloomingdales, I realized the same bag was available directly from Chloe and from several other retailers (Neiman, 24S) for ~$900 -- far less than I paid at Bloomingdales. I returned this.
