This handbag is part of a collaboration between Chloé and Mifuko, a Kenyan fair-trade organization that provides artisans a living wage and less dependence on unpredictable farming as a source of income. The artisan's name is laser printed on the leather interior patch.

I really wanted to live this bag

However, the first impression was the arrival of this expensive little bag in a nasty plastic bag. The Chloe bag, by some modern miracle, arrived intact, but had obviously been returned by someone else. The bag looks cheaply presented due to the leather ties. The woven part is really too short to get a good grip. I am hoping this worthwhile collaboration continues, but design modifications need to occur. Shame on that bag being sent in a plastic bag. Very poor customer experience.

Wholesome but not special

I love that this bag indicates that the artisans were fairly paid. It’s also comfortable to wear on both straps. It shows stains very easily and is a bit too loud for me.

Great for spring and summer

Beautiful bag especially for the spring and summer with it being the straw. So many compliments already used it for the weekend. Perfect size for just going out if it's a small wallet and just what you need, definitely get the one with the black handle it's a little bit bigger than the white and old one. Really cute handbag. Treat yourself to something good like this bag.
