Mixed emotions

I love my purchase but not Bloomingdale’s fake promotions. I received a promotion email that was supposed to be followed by another email to actually enable me to redeem the promotion. The other email never came, the sales person couldn’t apply the promotion, the representative couldn’t apply it when I called the store. This is the second time this has happened with Bloomingdale’s and their scam promotion 👎
