I was so excited waiting for the dress . Then i got a wrinkled dirty worn dress wrapped in a very weird plastic bag . Nothing like the usual Bloomingdales super good Quality Service i’m used too .he dress looks super cheap . It will go back to store right away

was excited to receive my box with everything that I purchase I received a different dress with the same serial number on it not sure how that happened. Call Customer Service. They said I had to ship it back. I couldn’t return it at the store. I’m waiting for them to credit my account, this is not the first time this happened. Come on Bloomingdale’s you can do better.!
