Runs generous in term of sizing!

This is a pretty coat, nice quality. The color is somewhat less vibrant than pictured. It isn't a warm coat, I'd be cold wearing it in extreme cold. It also runs very generous. I'm normally a size 12 and it was way too big for me. I could easily take a size 10, maybe an 8.

A gorgeous, classic coat, a beautiful shade of red

This coat is very classy, very classic and the color is beautiful. The wool is very nice, as is the lining. It does not, however, provide much warmth. It is nice because it is supple and moves well but it is very thin in general. Although it nips in at the waist a slight amount, it is not particularly flattering, (At the time, I also ordered a different coat and it fit a little better because of an additional seam in the bust area, a little more of a princess fit) particularly from a side view. I am 5’4” tall And weigh 125 pounds and the 6 fits but I was unable to order a 4 for the sake of comparison. I feel like the four would have fit a little better. It is a really nice dress coat and will be fine for a dressy occasion if you don’t need to be terribly warm. It’s probably fine for 30° and up but would probably be sort of miserable if the temperatures were below 30°. I would pick a fur to wear versus this coat in extreme temperatures.
