Always come back to this powder

This is one of my favorite powder foundations. It is light on the skin and gives the perfect amount of coverage. I have the occasional breakout and it conceals it pretty well. Also, this is the one product that has not caused me to breakout. I've used this off and on for years and I keep coming back to it!

May have been faulty

It's a good product, I love Clinique makeup, however, the powder shattered for no reason at all. I simply placed it in my makeup bag and it broke apart. I didn't jostle it nor did I travel with it. Seems like it shouldn't be that delicate.

formula is great but packaging is terrible

I hadn't purchased Clinique in a while but after seeing good reviews of this item and striking out with several other products I decided to give this a try. I do like the light coverage and the way it feels on my skin. I have combination skin that is becoming more patchy and sensitive as I age. plus I do still get acne and hives on occasion so I want something that will cover without being heavy. this does a good job on top of a dab of foundation without looking or feeling as heavy as many concealers do. however I CANNOT stand the new packaging. I don't understand the decision to change something that was beautiful and iconic. the green compact was classic, instantly recognizable as Clinique. now with the shiny round compact it looks just like any other brand. it gets smudged and scratched nearly instantly and looks cheap. the clasp and hinge are not as good too I believe. it was a terrible choice. CHANGE IT BACK PLEASE CLINIQUE!!!
