How to use the tube

I love the product! But..... after using it for awhile I was having difficulty getting anything out of the tube. Thought it was empty! I cut the bottom off and took the cap and pushed into bottom of tube! Now just push cap down further into the tube. It is so easy to use and I get all of the product out of tube!!!!
