Poor packaging for shipment but nice bag

This little bag is perfect to carry your cell phone (iphone 16 pro max) and ID/credit cards but it won’t fit much else. If I need to carry my key fob and a lipgloss then I can’t put my phone in there. I still love it for the compactness and ability to switch from the crossbody or wristlet strap. I got the black on black for a more sleek look. The C isn’t loud and the dark tone hardware looks great. It can be used for both casual or dressy attire. Coach quality is always consistent but there was a small spot on the flap that looks like possibly a slight indentation damage. Knocked down one star because whoever packaged this for shipment was very inconsiderate. For a “name brand” item the bag was literally tossed into a brown box. There was no protective plastic, foam or anything around the bag itself. You could hear the chain strap rattling around in the box.

Cuando compre la bolsa me dijeron que buscarían una nueva del almacén, al recibirla me fui por qué estaba empacada, luego al usarla en la noche noté que tenía una rayadura o defecto
