Poor quality

Shoe was not true to size a 7 was way too to big. The quality was poor and so I am returning.

Coach Women C Jolene Moc Loafers

Terrible Loafers! Coach should Do Better! I could Not get my FOOT in the Shoe!. This box had be open serval times! The tissue paper was a mess! People please Make Reviews! They are So Helpful when other people are ordering the item. The leather looks nice.

Sizing is off.

Reading the reviews, I ordered a size up. A mistake it was much too big. Sent them back and ordered my normal shoe size, it was still too big. I should have ordered a half size down from my regular shoe size. I really like the shoe I just bought insoles and they are fine.

runs super small

I bought a 10 which is my normal size. It’s a full size too small and runs extremely narrow. I’d like to exchange, but can’t get the same sale price from Macys. What a hassle.
