I was a fan of Bloomingdales until now

I ordered two pair of shoes and received a pair I didn't order and a pair that were the wrong size. PLEASE hire people who care and understand the consequences of wasting your customer's time running to and from UPS to return the items, (plus the time of standing in a long line) as it relates to your future sales.
