Horrible customer service

Great fragrance but ordered this and 2 other items this is the only one not damaged--- Bloomingdales refused to replace damaged items...disappointing but this fragrance I love. BTW where do we find out WHO wins the giftcard for submitting reviews? It is not published and I've emailed and asked on social media--no response. Does Bloomingdale's REALLY issue a giftcard for reviews---I've done thousands.
