New cookware

After doing research to decide what/how to replace my old beloved professional Calphalon, I decided on Cristel, based on the brand reputation in France, the company background, and the style/function of the products. I've purchased two pieces so far--this is one of them. I'm very happy with the purchase and will be adding to the set.
