Bigger than what I expect

I think Bloomingdales is slowly phasing out Cristel as the products they carry become less and less. This steamer has no detail on the dimension and does not mention what saute pan or pot dimension would fit. Cristel website says it's 10 inch in diameter but when I receive the steamer, it's actually almost 11 inches. This leaves my 8", 9", 10" saute pan and pot unfit for this steamer. I also need to figure our finding a 11" lid/cover to this steamer because Bloomingdales does not carry lid collection from Cristel.
