Not happy

It was listed as keeping coffee hot for up to four hours, but I found it was much less than that. I also found that it was awkward to pour the water into the container.

Smart 12 cup coffee maker!

This coffee maker works really well and is easy to use. I wish the lid tipped back for easier filling. You have to remove the lid completely to fill the carafe. Otherwise, it’s perfect!
