Size down two sizes because this dress is tiny

Unfortunately had to return twice because even the 12 didn’t fit and I’m typically an 8. The hip area is incredibly small compared to the bust. So disappointed in this terrible sizing discrepancy. Wanted to love this dress but unfortunately will be returning for a second time.
