Love it, but pendant comes loose

I absolutely love this necklace, but the pendant keeps opening up. Going back to Bloomingdales to see if hopefully they could either fix it or or replace it.

Beautiful, elegant necklace. The price DOES NOT include the chain. I PURCHASED the 18” chain and now wish I had gotten a 16” chain instead. Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase.
