Bloomingdale service

Beautiful bracelet, that I bought as a gift, was promised shipping within 2 business days. Now bloomingdale said they shipped it, that’s a lie, I called ups and said that only shipping label created and request for pick up has not be requested. Just over all I would never do business with Bloomingdale’s, not a single agent I spoke with, were willing to help me. Just keep waiting, that’s all they said to me.
