Hoop is not 17mm.

I already owned a pair of the Petite Cable Huggies(10mm) so when this pair showed 17mm I thought that the hoop was bigger. Probably shouldn't have assumed but I will never order anything without first trying it on. They are cute and I'll keep them, but buyer beware.
