Received in Poor Condition

The bracelet itself is lovely. The condition of the bracelet was not. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed a sticky residue on the bracelet. It should not have shipped in this condition. It should have been checked and cleaned if needed. Also, the bracelet doesn’t fit in the storage pouch I received. It is being returned. Not a great experience. I guess I expected more from Bloomingdales and David Yurman.
